Rates in US Funds
Note: Until confirmed, ALL rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are secured only by receipt of deposit.
Rates are subject to Hawaii State G.E.T. and Hotel Accommodations/Transient Tax of 12.42%
FOR STAYS AFTER 7/1/10 WILL BE CHARGED AT A NEW RATE OF 13.42%
All reservations in addition to the nightly rate include:
Hawaii State G.E.T. and Hotel Accommodations/Transient Tax
A five night minimum stay (excluding holidays),
$400 refundable excessive cleaning/damage deposit (billed through Paypal 1-2 weeks prior to arrival seperate from reservations),
cleaning fee ($90.00 1br & $120.00 2 br),
two nights confirmation deposit required to hold reservation, remaining balance or cancellation due 45 days prior to arrival date.
*10 Nights Minimum for Any Reservation Overlapping Christmas Day or New Years Eve.*14 Nights Minimum If Reservation Overlaps Both.
Discounts available for extended stays except holidays.

Cancellations:
60-day cancellation policy, $20.00 cancellation fee
Cancellations of less than 60 days produce refunds based
on the unit being re-rented
refunds are pro-rated based on the number of nights the unit is re-rented
(Christmas/New Year cancellations must be made before October 1st)

We are hired by the owners to be the on-island "Concierge Liaison" between owner and guests. We are responsible to assist owner with the care and rental of their condo and responsible on behalf of the owner for assisting guests with their reservations of the condo along with taking care of their needs and Maui fun!
