Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are secured only by receipt of deposit.
All reservations in addition to the nightly rate include:
Rates are subject to Hawaii State G.E.T. (.04%) and Hotel Accommodations/Transient Tax (0.825%) Total charged to nightly rate is (13.42%)
Cleaning fee ($90.00 1br & $120.00 2 br),
$400 refundable excessive cleaning/damage deposit
two nights confirmation deposit required to hold reservation, remaining balance or cancellation due 45 days prior to arrival date.
A five night minimum stay (excluding holidays),
*10 Nights Minimum for Any Reservation Overlapping Christmas Day or New Years Eve.*14 Nights Minimum If Reservation Overlaps Both.
Checks Accepted, Certified Checks, Money Orders,
Credit Card or E-Check Payments invoiced through "Paypal" on line for guests convenience
Cancellations:
45-day cancellation policy, $20.00 cancellation fee
Cancellations of less than 45 days produce refunds based
on the unit being re-rented
refunds are pro-rated based on the number of nights
the unit is re-rented
(Christmas/New Year cancellations must be made before October 1st)
